On April 23 Aston JSC, Glencore Agro IGC LLC, OZK-Yug LLC and Trade House RIF LLC
have signed a memorandum on creation of The Union of Grain Exporters.
The four largest grain market companies, which account for more than a third of all grain exports
from Russia, will be part of the founders of the new association.
United Grain Company (UGC) JSC is a publicly owned commercial and logistic operator of agricultural products which controls Russia's largest deep-water port grain terminal and is focused on expanding the export of grain and pulses, as well as on developing infrastructure in the domestic and foreign markets.
UGC South LLC is a commercial company of the UGC Group specializing in foreign trade which supplies grain to foreign buyers, including with delivery to the countries of destination. The company has a network of representative offices and makes purchases throughout Russia.
For more than 20 years ASTON has been one of the largest companies in Russia for the production of food and food ingredients. ASTON is the largest exporter of vegetable oils, the leading processor of oilseeds, the third largest exporter of Russian grain. The company includes more than 20 divisions in various regions of the Russian Federation, including plants for the production and processing of vegetable oil, enterprises for the production of starches and syrups, elevator complexes, terminals on the river Don, ship repair plant, dry cargo ships of the "river-sea" class, tankers for the transportation of vegetable oils, bulk carriers for the transshipment of grain crops.

Glencore Agriculture IGC Limited Liability Company (Glencore Agro IGC LLC) was founded in May 2004. It operated as International Grain Company Limited Liability Company (IGC LLC) before May 2017.
Trade House RIF LLC is the leader in the export of agricultural products in Russia according to the results of 2018.
